Immunization Related Waivers

How FHA Helps
Frontline Health Advocates (FHA) is a faith-based ministry that advocates for and assists members in navigating immunization requirements and accommodation concerns involving bodily autonomy — within employment, education, childcare, travel, immigration, healthcare access, public accommodations, and other institutional or government settings.
Faith-Based Advocacy & Member Support

FHA provides ministerial member support, advocacy assistance, and access to a private, closed, members-only ministerial network of professional resources. Through this network, FHA helps members

understand applicable immunization requirements
organize relevant information
coordinate communications
and navigate available accommodation processes
How FHA Assists Members

FHA’s member support team advocates for and helps members throughout the accommodation process — helping them

understand applicable requirements
organize relevant information and supporting documentation
communicate with institutions and agencies
coordinate with member health professionals
and prepare materials in support of an immunization accommodation and waiver

Member health professionals consult privately with members and, within their professional scope and clinical judgment, evaluate each member’s individual medical circumstances — determining what documentation or recommendations may be appropriate to describe medically necessary contraindications in support of a request. When a matter falls outside FHA’s role, members may be referred to FHA’s extended professional network, legal services, or another qualified resource.

Disability-Related Accommodations

Applicable federal disability-protection laws provide reasonable accommodations in employment, education, public accommodations, travel, immigration-related processes, and other programs or services.

FHA’s member support team advocates for and assists members in

  • organizing relevant information
  • preparing and managing their own communications with the appropriate institutions or agencies
  • and pursuing an accommodation process based on the requirements applicable to their individual circumstances
Membership & Ministry Services

Annual membership fees provide access to FHA’s ministry programs — including

member support services
advocacy-related help
member health professional coordination
and access to a private, closed, members-only ministerial network of resources

Faith-Based Mission

FHA serves members through a faith-centered ministerial approach grounded in compassion, dignity, bodily autonomy, and respect for each member’s individual circumstances. Our ministry advocates for and helps members as they navigate complex immunization mandate requirements — helping them pursue appropriate accommodation pathways while honoring their health, conscience, and personal convictions.

Important Information

Member health professionals are solely responsible for evaluating members’ medical circumstances and determining what documentation or recommendations are appropriate within their professional scope and clinical judgment. FHA does not control the independent decisions or actions of third-party healthcare providers, employers, schools, agencies, government entities, or other institutions.
